Webster City Women's Club
Preserving the historical home and legacy of Kendall and Jane Young
Caretakers of the Jane Young House
The Webster City Women’s Club (WCWC) has been in existence since 1923. It merged with the Seven o’clock Club and joined the General Federation of Women’s Clubs/Iowa. In 2000, WCWC withdrew from that chapter, to allow members to better serve the community. Through the use of donations, fundraisers and volunteers, their mission continues. The members are caretakers of the historic Jane Young House.
WOMEN’S CLUB MISSON: To preserve the historical home and legacy of Kendall and Jane Young for future generations, while promoting the home as a venue for community use.
