Our Kitchen Is Getting a Facelift…It’s a Work in Process
This photo was taken after the walls, ceiling, and cabinets were removed, the electrical was upgraded, and insulation was added. In that process, the builders found square nails, bricks, and a stovepipe from the original construction. The room is now ready for ceiling tiles, board and batten on the lower walls, paint, new cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, backsplash,island, built-in dishwasher, and light fixture. Then the kitchen will be ready for a vintage Hoosier cabinet and wooden icebox to be added. We can’t wait! It will be such a welcome change for our Women’s Club meetings and those renting the venue.
This favorite event will return for the holidays in 2025.
